Awareness+
Truth

To achieve lasting fulfillment, we need to focus on our thoughts, as they shape who we become. Unfortunately, much of our thinking is unconscious and automatic. To change old patterns, we need to first build awareness of them.

Mindfulness supports us with this process of awareness by helping us pay attention on purpose to our thoughts. Through mindfulness and journaling, we can bring our unconscious beliefs to light and begin to change them.

Acceptance+
Responsibility

Change can be difficult and often we come up against resistance of our old patterns. Often beliefs and the thoughts are at the center of many of problems and challenges. Before we work on changing these patterns we must solidify why you want to change them. Taking responsibility for why we are where we are is the first step towards taking back our power and making real, lasting change.

Action

I help clients learn to embrace themselves, boost confidence and live boldly. Thinking differently is the cornerstone of change and I support client’s in developing new ways of thinking and relating to their lives that supports growth, fulfillment and confidence. These include practices such as mindfulness based strategies, CBT techniques, and self-compassion. The obstacles we face in life can support our growth and development if we approach them with a certain mindset. I enjoy supporting my client’s on this journey of discovery, fulfillment and freedom.

Repetition+
Consistency

Once these new thoughts and beliefs are establish that are in alignment with the dreams and goals that you have, we will be focused on repetition to make these thoughts and beliefs, become automatic and logged into your subconscious as automatic programs that run daily. This step takes dedication, commitment and consistency on your part. We only meet once a week I will be giving you some exercises and meditations that will help cement these new thoughts and beliefs into your subconscious. However, you will be the one at the end of the day who has to put the time and effort in to do this.
